By accessing or using the SERVER AND PARTS website, placing an order, or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information, and to cancel or refuse any order arising from such an error, at any time before shipment.

Some listings are quote-only and require confirmation of price and availability before an order is placed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms (such as approved financing or net terms) have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, though we will assist with claims for items lost or damaged in transit. See our Shipping Information page for details.

Returns and warranty coverage are governed by our Returns & Warranty policy. Please review that page for eligibility, timeframes, and the process for initiating a return or warranty claim.

Financing and leasing offers are subject to credit approval and the terms of the financing provider. Approval, rates, and terms are not guaranteed and may vary based on your application.

Colocation, maintenance, and other services are provided subject to a separate service agreement or statement of work, which will govern in the event of any conflict with these general Terms of Service.

Equipment submitted through our ITAD or buy-back programs is valued based on inspection and market conditions at the time of receipt, and quoted values are estimates subject to change. You are responsible for removing sensitive data before submission; we also offer certified data destruction as part of our ITAD services.

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with normal operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVER AND PARTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
