30-Day Returns

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

Warranty Coverage

All servers purchased from Server & Parts include at minimum a 30-day basic warranty. Extended plans available.

Fast Processing

Return requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Products in original, undamaged condition with all accessories
  • Items that arrived defective, damaged in shipping, or were incorrectly shipped
  • Items that do not match the product description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products showing physical damage caused after receipt
  • Software licenses and downloadable products
  • Items with missing serial numbers or tampered labels
  • Custom-configured or special-order hardware

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 1Contact our support team at support@serverandparts.ca or call +1 (416) 444-1881 with your order number.
  2. 2Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. 3Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. 4Ship the item to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. 5Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Warranty Information

All servers purchased from Server & Parts include a minimum 30-day basic warranty. Certain newer generation servers may be covered for up to 1 year. Extended maintenance and warranty plans are available for 1, 3, or 5-year terms.
