All hardware is packed with anti-static materials, foam padding, and double-wall corrugated boxes. Large equipment is palletized and stretch-wrapped for freight shipments.
We can also provide custom packaging and branded unboxing for large enterprise orders upon request.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track your shipment in real time through our carrier partners: FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.
For large enterprise orders, a dedicated account manager will keep you informed of shipment status throughout the delivery process.
