PowerStore 1200T

The Dell PowerStore 1200T sits a step above the 500T in the PowerStore Gen 2 T family, a 2U all-flash NVMe unified appliance for block, file, vVol and container workloads. Each appliance runs two active/active nodes on 4 Intel Xeon CPUs totalling 40 cores at 2.4GHz with 384GB of memory — double the 500T — and adds two NVMe NVRAM drives dedicated to write caching, which lifts sustained write performance at the cost of four data slots. Maximum drive count is 93 across the base enclosure and up to three NVMe expansion enclosures. System limits scale accordingly, supporting 6,000 block volumes and 150,000 block snapshots. Like the rest of the family it clusters with other PowerStore appliances and is ENERGY STAR certified.
