The PowerScale node built for GPU pipelines. The Dell PowerScale F710 fits up to 10 NVMe SSDs in 1U on 16G PowerEdge hardware — the world's first ethernet-based storage appliance certified with NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD, for generative AI, media, life sciences and EDA.

The Dell PowerScale F710 is the mid-range node in the current all-flash PowerScale line, a 1U chassis built on next-generation 16G PowerEdge hardware with Sapphire Rapids processors and launched alongside the F210 on OneFS 9.7. It holds up to 10 all-flash NVMe SSDs per node and scales raw storage from 38TB per node upward, balancing performance density against capacity in a single rack unit. Notably it was the world's first ethernet-based storage appliance certified with NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD, which makes it the natural PowerScale choice where storage sits behind GPU training infrastructure. Clusters run from three to 252 nodes under a single OneFS global namespace with in-line compression and deduplication throughout.
