How do I return an item?

All items carry at least 1-YR Warranty unless specified otherwise on the product page. Returns for reasons such as "wrong parts ordered" and "items not needed anymore" are only acceptable if request is emailed within the first 30days from the date the order was placed. Such returns are also subject to 20% restocking fees. All other returns are for replacement/exchange only. Buyers pays for shipping cost to return a product and we will cover the cost of sending out replacement. All replacements are sent out by ground method within USA and are sent once the defective unit is received by our returns department.

When making a return request, please email the following information to Order#, Item/mode/part/product code#, serial numbers, quantity to return, reason for return, your phone number and email address. We do not accept over the phone return requests. All return requests must be done by email.

Once a return request is approved (within 24-48hrs), we will email RMA# that needs to be clearly printed on the box or the label. We will also include Ship to address.
